Home Inspections

We provide an in-depth comprehensive inspection of your home from top to bottom.  Your inspection will be conducted by a Certified Professional Inspector who is educated, skilled and experienced.  Because our inspection is not just a report, it's an educational process; we strongly encourage our clients to participate in the inspection.  The results are presented in a thorough, easy to understand report complete with photos.  A short time after the inspection, your report is ready for viewing, downloading and printing on your own computer via our website.  We follow the Standards of Practice of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and strictly abide by their Code of Ethics to ensure the most professional inspection experience available.

Mold Inspections

Do you have a mold issue in your home?  Moisture intrusion, water damage, musty odors, visible apparent mold growth and conditions conducive to mold growth are all areas of concern in relation to mold.  A mold inspection will address these areas of concern using visual examination, moisture testing, state of the art sampling techniques and  detailed laboratory analysis.  Your inspection will be performed by a Certified Mold Inspector who is educated, skilled and experienced.   Your participation is welcome and encouraged.  The mold inspection report is formatted and delivered much the same as our home inspection report, with the exception of laboratory results, which are available in 2-3 days.  We follow the Standards of Practice of the International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants (IAC2).
